A guided tasting of six craft wines, exploring flavour, balance and character with expert insight. Including a walk through of each of the producers, telling their story and what makes each wine unique and special.
With systematic tasting tuition covering how to taste for acid, alcohol, tannin, sugar and flavour and time to ask questions.
