Delivery & FAQs
Delivery
How does local delivery work?
We are currently offering free delivery to local postcodes - those within a 10 miles drive of the brewery.
How long does delivery take?
We are making deliveries on Tuesday & Friday. We always try to get you your beer as soon as possible after you order. However please note that depending on your location you may not be included in the next delivery day after ordering.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is currently free to addresses within 10 miles of the brewery. We are able to courier orders that are further than this at a charge of £7.99 for mainland UK.
Do you deliver further afield?
We are able to ship nationwide using a courier service. The charge is £6.99 for a case of 12 beers. Please email sales@kettlesmithbrewing.com to organise larger orders.
COVID-19
How are you responding to COVID-19
The brewery is operating in a very different way than it was at the beginning of March. Since our usual customers (pubs, restaurants, bars etc) are closed we have become primarily a home delivery service.
We are delivering on 2 or 3 days each week and are also open for take away sales from the brewery shop. Check the homepage for up to date opening hours.
Beer Information
What sizes do your beers come in?
We are delivering beer in cases of 12x440ml cans, in 3 ltr poly pins (bag-in-box) and in 5 litre mini kegs. We also have 2 litre re-fillable 'growler' mini kegs at the brewery.
What types of beer do you brew?
We brew a wide range of beers that include English, Belgian, American and German styles. We have a core range that is available most of the time and a 'white label' series which are constantly changing experimental brews.
Can the Mini-kegs be refilled?
Mini kegs are not designed to be re-used but some customers have been successful in removing the valve on the top of the keg after use, cleaning (well!) and then bringing it back to the brewery for re-filling. You are welcome to do this. Our 2 litre 'growler' mini kegs available at the brewery are designed to be re-used many times.
